Located in one of Seattle’s few historic preservation sites, the Harvard-Belmont Landmark District, the Cecil Bacon Manor is nestled elegantly in the neighborhood, while remaining conveniently close to Seattle’s many attractions. Opening as The Broadway Guest House some time ago, and operating as the Bacon Mansion until very recently, this historic bed and breakfast is a stately residence for ALL who enter.

While you’re in Seattle, we expect that you will likely be busily bouncing around taking in all that the area has to offer. Just a short distance from the Capitol Hill business district, Volunteer Park and downtown Seattle's commercial districts, you will be sure to enjoy the landscape of Seattle's museums, parks, shopping, dining, and unique attractions. While in residence, we look to provide a modern accommodation experience in a classic setting ~ we welcome you to feel at home, slow down, and settle into the Gemütlichkeit at the Bacon Manor Bed and Breakfast.

The Bacon Mansion, which is the main house of the Cecil Bacon Manor, consists of 8,000 square feet of living space and is divided between four levels. Common areas are located on the main floor, with rooms and suites on the lower and upper floors. A spacious courtyard and porch lead across the romantic grounds to the Carriage House. The guest rooms and suites are available nightly, as well as the "day rooms," which are available for scheduled social and business events. Along with delicious breakfasts ~ catered lunches, dinners, and receptions that are also available.

History and charm fill the walls of the Cecil Bacon Manor. While you explore the Common Areas, perhaps you will catch a fellow guest playing the grand piano ~ all while overlooking the broad tree-filled sky that lines Prospect St and Harvard Ave. We look forward to welcoming you and in the meantime:
